People Operations Generalist / Executive Administrator – Job Offer

If you are a strongly organizational person, you are good at written communication and have good technical skills, this is a great chance for you. Experience with personal assistance and human resources is a must while having good technical skills is an advantage. The job can be done from any part of the world, as it is a remote job.
Job Responsibilities:
- administrative support and project management for Adii (the company founder),
- planning of meetings (internal/external),
- mail communication and correspondence,
- assistance in various marketing activities (publishing content, social media, collaboration with contractors),
- organization of team wellness efforts,
- assisting activities in recruiting and hiring,
- various operational and administrative tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- at least 3 years experience with SMB administration,
- + 3 years experience in Human Resources and personal assistance,
- knowledge of Slack, Basecamp, G Suite and Dropbox,
- good to have: copywriting experience.
Skills required:
- very good organizational skills,
- good at written communication,
- great technical skills,
- adaptable and efficient,
- finding creative solutions for potential problems,
- being motivated and open to challenges,
- very high attention to detail.
